34: Clarity in Organizations

Clarity is needed in the organization. Everyone needs to fully understand what we’re trying to achieve. Since everyone is a decision-maker in leader-leader organizations, they have to make decisions in line with what the organization is trying to accomplish. If not, we end up with a suboptimal decision.
