56d4: Platform Teams

Getting the platform right is difficult because of the product pressure. Once the platform team works efficiently, it’s fantastic to have because the team takes a lot of organizational burdens away from stream-aligned teams along with the cognitive load. Documentation is crucial to reduce the synchronous communication lines to prevent distractions. The platform’s mission should be to increase the focus of its users and let them thrive. It will take time and a lot of effort, but the result is great.
