53a1: Passionate people drive work better

Although passion is not required, when we find passionate people, it’s so much more rewarding to work with them. When people are motivated by what they do, they produce better work, are engaged, and collaborate better with others. They also influence and elevate others around them. As a result, the team is motivated and works toward achieving the goal faster and better.
