Imaginations and daydreams are dangerous. They distance us from reality by envisioning ideals or triumphs over others or difficult situations. It forms fantasies and prevents us from celebrating our achievements; it forces us to focus on whatโs left undone and makes us stuck on unattainable future possibilities.
